Q. Will you ship C.O.D.?
A. No. We ship only after funds have cleared.
Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. At this time we do not have a catalog. If there is sufficient demand, we
may consider it in the future.
Q. Do you have Company accounts?
A. We do not carry open accounts at this time. If there is sufficient demand,
we may consider it in the future.
Q. I'm confused about your checkout page. The upper portion seems standard,
however at the bottom is a checkout for PayPal. Do I have to be a PayPal
member to purchase from you?
A. You do not have to be a PayPal member to purchase from us. The upper
portion of the page ( and the next page ) is for use of your credit card. The
bottom portion allows PayPal members a faster method of checking out. PayPal
handles the transaction regardless of the method you use.
Q. On your About Us page you state that you can get parts for power tools. Is
this just for the tools that you sell?
A. No, we have access to many different parts sources, both for the brands we
carry and brands that we do not sell. We also have access to many parts for
older, obsolete tools.
