SHIPPING
There are no shipping charges.
We try to ship all items within 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Friday, and on weekends are processed the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday, then orders are processed the next business day.
AT THIS TIME WE SHIP ONLY TO THE UNITED STATES.
TAXES
PowerToolsHome does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside the state of New Mexico. Orders placed within the state of New Mexico will be charged an additional 6.75% Gross Receipts Tax.
CANCELLATIONS
We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours. Order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of order placement. Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email customerservice@powertoolshome.com to cancel an order.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card, minus shipping and handling charges. Products must be returned complete and in "as new" condition. RETURNS ON ORDERS OVER $250 ARE SUBJECT to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Sealed item(s) that have been opened (repair kits for example), or item(s) that are special ordered (parts for example) are NOT returnable. Customers are responsible for the return of any item. We strongly recommend that you use insurance on all returns.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Customers must email customerservice@powertoolshome.com with the reason for return. An authorization number will be issued and emailed to the customer. Item(s) returned without an authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Please include the authorization number with the return.
WARRANTIES
All items are warranted by the manufacturers. No other warranties, either express or implied, are offered by KWTMARKETING.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect the email address, questions, comments, and suggestions of customers who order from, or contact us. This information is used to help us to improve our website contents and customer service. We also use this information to contact consumers for marketing purposes and is NOT shared with any other organization.
